| - The registration period runs from December 1st thru December 28th, 2008. |
| - Class materials can be ordered on-line at www.daveramsey.com or thru your facilitators at a discount. |
| - Once registered, please send your check to Dearborn Free Methodist Church at the address listed above.

| - Make checks payable to Michael & Kim Smith in the amount of $99.50. This cost will provide one (1) kit.
Only one kit is required per individual, couple or family. |
| - Childcare will not be provided. It is the responsibility of the attendees to make arrangements. |
| - Coffee, water, and a light snack will be provided by the Church each week. |
| - Classes will be conducted in the basement each week. |

Free previews of the course will be shown on Sunday, December 7th and 14th, at 12:15pm following the service.
The preview will run approximately 40 minutes.
